Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using WeekBoard, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, uninstall and stop using the app.
2. Service description
WeekBoard is desktop software for viewing and managing a weekly schedule/tasks on Windows, with optional Google Calendar sync, custom class-period boards, and an AI assistant (Gemini) when you configure them. Features may change by version.
3. Accounts & third parties
When you sign in with Google or use the Gemini API, you must comply with Google’s terms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or Google’s decisions about your account.
You are responsible for securing your API keys, tokens, and device.
4. Your content
You retain rights to the schedule and task content you enter. You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
You are responsible for backing up important data (export backup is available in Settings).
5. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WeekBoard on your devices under these terms.
You may not maliciously reverse engineer, abuse the software, or harm others or related infrastructure, except where law expressly allows.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that calendar sync is always 100% accurate or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use the app.
Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the amount you paid for the app license in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if free).
8. Termination
You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling and revoking Google access. We may stop supporting old versions or change features over time.
9. Governing law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the laws of the publisher’s principal place of business. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith.

2. Mô tả dịch vụ
WeekBoard là phần mềm desktop giúp xem và quản lý lịch / công việc theo tuần trên Windows, với tùy chọn đồng bộ Google Calendar, bảng ca học tùy chỉnh, và trợ lý AI (Gemini) khi bạn cấu hình. Tính năng có thể thay đổi theo phiên bản.
3. Tài khoản & bên thứ ba
Khi đăng nhập Google hoặc dùng API Gemini, bạn phải tuân thủ điều khoản của Google. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho gián đoạn, thay đổi API, hoặc quyết định của Google đối với tài khoản của bạn.
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật API key, token và thiết bị của mình.
4. Nội dung của bạn
Bạn giữ quyền đối với nội dung lịch và công việc bạn nhập. Bạn cam kết không dùng ứng dụng cho mục đích bất hợp pháp.
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm sao lưu dữ liệu quan trọng (có xuất backup trong Cài đặt).
5. Giấy phép sử dụng
Bạn được cấp giấy phép cá nhân, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng để cài và dùng WeekBoard trên thiết bị của bạn theo các điều khoản này.
6. Từ chối bảo đảm
Ứng dụng được cung cấp “NGUYÊN TRẠNG” (AS IS). Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi từ chối mọi bảo đảm rõ ràng hay ngụ ý.
Không cam kết đồng bộ lịch luôn chính xác 100% hoặc không gián đoạn.
7. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu, mất lợi nhuận phát sinh từ việc dùng ứng dụng.
Tổng trách nhiệm (nếu có) không vượt quá số tiền bạn đã trả cho giấy phép trong 12 tháng trước sự kiện (hoặc 0 nếu miễn phí).
8. Chấm dứt
Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách gỡ cài đặt và thu hồi quyền Google.
9. Luật áp dụng
Trừ khi luật bắt buộc khác, điều khoản này được giải thích theo luật nơi nhà phát hành đặt trụ sở. Ưu tiên thương lượng thiện chí trước.
